Eyerly, Ph.D., our corporate Vice President as well as V.P. of Asia America Marketing, an international corporation specializing in technology transfers and product licensing to the Pacific Rim. Dr. Eyerly is also an acclaimed arts educator and writer. This unique team-building experience "Team Summit" will invigorate your business by uniting your entire staff for a day of challenging exercises that will bring your company's goals clearly into focus and empower your team to move forward in unison.

We recognize that every company has a unique set of work place challenges, so our program will begin with an in-depth interview with owners and management as well as an entry survey of your employees to help clearly define the focus and objectives of the workshop. Workshops can be conducted at one of our Team Summit sites, or on location anywhere in the US with our portable rock climbing wall and ground challenges. The program includes physical challenges that are designed to ensure success for all employees regardless of fitness level. There will also be other games and exercises designed to address the specific needs of your company as determined by the entry interview and survey. Each exercise will be followed with a group discussion that includes tools for relating what was learned to the day-to-day challenges your employees face on the job.
