About Team Summit

1) UNIQUE...
It's a customizable program catering to the specific needs of any business, in any field, and of any size. No two Team Summit sessions are alike! Through a programmed series of carefully planned steps from our initial meetings with team leaders, systematic identification and evaluation of team goals, and designing a custom Team Summit program to achieve quantitative results back at the office.

2) NEEDS ASSESSMENT...
Your entire team will participate in a comprehensive survey designed to assess both strengths and areas for improvement in teamwork, communication, and sales. This survey can also be customized to meet specific needs of your company and give team leaders feedback on other areas of operational concern. We will enter the results of each individual survey into our database and provide team leaders an overview and analysis based on the team's responses.

3) EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING...
Experiential learning or learning from unique experiences that require critical thinking "outside the box" is the core of Team Summit. We provide a customized program of both physically and mentally stimulating challenges based on the team analysis from the surveys. Together team leaders and team members will see each other interacting in new ways, reacting to new situations outside the normal environment of the work place. Together they will compete against and meet each challenge head-on. Triumphs are experienced both individually and in group settings. At Team Summit, we recognize that people are like icebergs - they only show about ten percent of who they are and what they are capable of. Our unique challenges encourage your team to "drop the water line" and show more of what they are made of.

4) RESULTS...
Following each challenge, there is a facilitator-led group discussion. A series of starter questions encourages each team member to discuss what they learned from the challenge - not only about themselves, but also about their co-workers. This critical analysis of what the team just experienced challenges them to relate the experience back to the workplace and coaxes everyone to "live in the solution" by developing specific strategies for improvement. Team Summit enables your team by giving them specific tools they can immediately implement when they return to work.

5) FOLLOW-UP...
We check in with team leaders in about 30 days to re-evaluate the team's progress. Your success is our success!
